Soulless Creature Recordings was recently founded by STRUCK BY LIGHTNING frontman Gregory Lahm (ex-Mouth of the Architect), with the sole intent of unleashing high quality vinyl releases. SBL’s debut album Serpents was initially released in September of 2009 by Translation Loss Records, and the band has toured on the material throughout the US over the past year. Following a killer tour alongside Black Cobra and Howl earlier this month, the band plan on taking a break from touring to write and a record their follow-up to Serpents, currently slated for a Spring 2011 release.

Watch for more info on STRUCK BY LIGHTNING, Soulless Creature Recordings and more in the coming months. In the meantime, some new live footage of SBL jamming “Nothing Sacred” down some Atlanta fans’ throats on the recent Black Cobra/Howl tour is posted here.
