Seattle punk shredders ZEKE have announced an upcoming North American tour supporting Weedeater this summer.
While still out on their current European tour, ZEKE this week has been confirmed as support for Weedeater on their upcoming North American tour this summer. The tour begins June 25th in Cincinnati, Ohio, and runs through July 29th, ending in Asheville, North Carolina. Alongside ZEKE, additional support will be provided by Sierra, and Unsane will also join the bill on the three Texas shows, July 19th, 20th, and 21st.
ZEKE returns with their first new album in over fourteen years with Hellbender. Short, fast, loud, and to the fuckin’ point, Hellbender contains fifteen tracks laced with ZEKE‘s signature mix of hyperspeed thrash-punk and Motörhead possessed, hard as nails, rock n’ roll. Complete with raucous, in-your-face production by Jack Endino (Nirvana, High on Fire, The Accüsed), and finished with cover art by Hollis Tucker and Lee Goode, Hellbender is the culmination of a band twenty-five years into their career, sounding more aggressive, immediate and turbo-charged than ever before!
