ORWELL Seek Help With Tour; Full Album Available For Streaming

Wisconsin brutes ORWELL are preparing for several months of touring this summer, in support of their blistering full-length Endeavors, out now on the band’s own Zero Budget Records. Some shows are already booked throughout the routing, but the band is also seeking help on a good portion of the tour as things are coming together. Check out the full list of open dates at the band’s Myspace page [http://myspace.com/orwellwi] and feel free to contact the band or somebody at Earsplit if you want to help out with a show in your area.

ORWELL were one of the top finalists in the recent Metalinsider “No Label Needed” contest, where Darkest Hour guitarist Mike Schleibaum praised the band, stating “Orwell’s almost ‘And Justice For All…’-style song writing, is something I personally love.”

The band’s style borrows as much from melodic Swedish death metal as it does from America’s aggressive modern death/thrash, with scorching solos, epic buildups and an overall mosh-driven tempo. The band’s debut Endeavors is an impressive one, and is only the first step of a long-term journey this band have set out upon.
