“…dark, unsettling, and terrifying…” — Cvlt Nation on TO END IT ALL‘s “Lure”

Cvlt Nation is pleased to undrape the official new video for “Lure” from avant-garde/death industrial duo TO END IT ALL. Captured by Gridfailure’s David Brenner with additional footage by the band at Red Hawk Avalon, the alarming hymn comes by way of the impending Scourge Of Woman full-length, set for release this fall via Scry Recordings.

Issues vocalist Joy Von Spain of the track, “‘Lure’ embodies the hypnosis of desire and immolation, nature’s attractive and repelling forces, and the destructive power of seduction.”

Cvlt Nation crowns the sounds of “Lure,” “dark, unsettling and terrifying,” adding, “I can imagine the immersive experience of witnessing TO END IT ALL live. ”

Scourge Of Woman was recorded at Stop/Start Studio in Portland, Oregon and Khaos Studio in Seattle, Washington and will see digital release September 25th with a vinyl edition to follow later in the year. Preorders are currently available at THIS LOCATION.

Formed in the autumn of 2016, long-time collaborators – noise artist Masaaki Masao and vocalist Joy Von Spain – began to create new work as TO END IT ALL, forging songs from rhythmic harsh noise, experimental music, instrument sampling, and voice. Scourge Of Woman draws inspiration from death industrial and black noise acts like Pig Heart Transplant, Blue Sabbath Black Cheer, Sutekh Hexen, Throbbing Gristle, as well as artists like Onielar, Diamanda Galas, and Cosey Fanni Tutti. The album features the artwork of Seattle by-way-of Bay Area visual artist Anima Nocturna (Carlos Melgoza) in collaboration with Joy Von Spain.

TO END IT ALL will bring their traumatic odes to the stage for a record release show next month with Italy’s Father Murphy and Geist & The Sacred Ensemble. Future live abrasions will be announced in the weeks to come.
