KILLING JOKE Announce North American Tour Dates; Full Album Stream Available Now Via CraveOnline.com

UK post-punk industrial icons KILLING JOKE are pleased to announce their return to North America this winter for a long-anticipated run of live dates. The tour will commence on December 3 in New York City and run through nearly a dozen cities before coming to a close in Los Angeles on December 18. The trek will coincide with the band’s latest studio offering, Absolute Dissent, set for release on November 16 via Spinefarm Records. Absolute Dissent is the band’s 13th full-length and finds the original lineup of Jaz Coleman (vocals), Geordie (guitar), Youth (bass) and Paul Ferguson (drums) sharing studio space for the first time in 27 years. The 12-track recording was engineered and mixed by Clive Goddard, and produced by the band.

To celebrate this monumental release, CraveOnline today is hosting an exclusive premiere of Absolute Dissent. Check out the record in its entirety here: http://www.craveonline.com/entertainment/music/article/world-premiere-killing-joke-absolute-dissent-full-album-113823

Once described by Ferguson as “the sound of the earth vomiting,” KILLING JOKE are now poised to take their music of resistance to a whole new level, both in the studio and on the road.

“…that a band can remain so tightly coiled and sharply focused after so many years at the watchtower is a commendable thing indeed.” — Kerrang

“…this album is proof that Killing Joke is a force of nature, not just a band. They can do anything, be anything, move into any place they want and always stay ahead of the curve. Call off the dogs everybody; the best album of 2010 is here.” — Crave

“Absolute Dissent marks the original lineup of Jaz Coleman, Geordie, Youth and Paul Ferguson recording together for the first time in 27 years. It’s pretty obvious that their reunion together as a band was a fruitful one. This literally is their best work in as many years.” — Lithium
