Formed in 2019, the band that BrooklynVegan refers to as, “stupidly heavy” pays homage to old-school death metal in the vein of Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus, and Mortician while carving out their own brutal sound in this new wave of death metal starting to boil up in the metal scene.

200 STAB WOUNDS released their two-track Masters Of Morbidity seven-inch in April via Metal Blade Records. The title track, which was initially released as a digital single in November 2022, and the new track, “Fatal Reality,” were both produced by Mark Lewis (The Black Dahlia Murder, Nile, Deicide, Krisiun, Whitechapel, Fallujah).
