Today splatterthrash death hooligans GHOUL hurl forth “Proud to be Creepsylvanian.” Originally released as “Proud to Be Canadian” by the Dayglo Abortions, the tune comes off GHOUL‘s forthcoming Intermediate Level Hard-Core covers EP.
Comments guitarist/vocalist Digestor of the rendition: “”We covered this song by the legendary Dayglo Abortions because we feel a kinship with the people of Canada, even though there are clearly differences between the two great countries. For instance, one is a hellish, barren, nightmare-scape devoid of happiness and fun, and drenched in the tears of a subjugated populace, and the other is called Creepsylvania. Though I have heard that Vancouver is nice.”
