CANNIBAL CORPSE Grace The Cover Of Decibel Magazine’s Zombie Issue

Death metal monarchs CANNIBAL CORPSE grace the cover of the April 2012 edition of Decibel Magazine: The Zombie Issue! Their third time on the cover of one of metal’s most extreme and revered publications finds bloodied growl-merchant George “Corpsgrinder” Fisher at war with the undead. Inside, author Chris Dick unearths a thoroughly absorbing ‘CORPSE dissertation that includes collective discussions about the creation of their monolithic new album, Torture, the band’s earliest encounters with censorship, artistic expression, facts and figures on one of the genre’s highest selling bands to date and, of course, the relevance of zombies in 2012. The issue hits newsstands on Thursday, March 8. To order your copy, go to THIS LOCATION.

Earlier this week, Decibel hosted the official premiere of “Encased In Concrete,” the fourth track off Torture. In case you missed it, you can still rupture your eardrums HERE.

Torture will be available to North American fans on March 13, 2012 via Metal Blade Records. For special Torture preorder packages, visit the band’s OFFICIAL LANDING PAGE.

“As always, the band’s musicianship is downright inspiring. And their songwriting has never been better.” – Decibel

“…the sonic equivalent of having your face rearranged by a claw hammer.” – About.com

“No matter the methods employed or the musical vibes involved, the one aspect of Torture that is most obvious is the height of the pile of bodies left in its bloody wake. Similar acts may boast higher body counts on their albums, but few achieve their murderous results with as much skill, creativity, and (wait for it) fun as CANNIBAL CORPSE. – Blabbermouth

“This album fucking destroys….” – Hellbound

“…an absolute monster from start to finish,” – Blistering

“… the best album since Vile.” – Metal Underground
