YOUTH FORGOTTEN Premieres New Track Via Blow The Scene

As Cleveland quintet, YOUTH FORGOTTEN, prepares for their Ghost Of A Fallen Empire debut to hit the streets the end of the month, a brand new single for the unruly anthem has been released. With nearly five minutes of fight in its lifespan, “Eyes On The Prize” is the next-to-closing track on Ghost Of A Fallen Empire. Opening with a mid-paced metallic buildup, the track swiftly erupts into one of the more upbeat torrents on the entire record, propelled by aggressive gang-chants and melodic but massive layered dueling riffs and pounding beats all the way through.

YOUTH FORGOTTEN will independently release Ghost Of A Fallen Empire digitally on January 31st, 2014, with physical product to follow shortly behind. Formed by former members of Dead Even, Salt The Wound, Above The Fire, Chimaira and Integrity, culminated in this new outfit with a unified sense of keeping the metal/hardcore movements alive. Their raging debut album, Ghost Of A Fallen Empire, was recorded with Rob Arnold of Chimaira, marking his debut as a producer. Here they burn through nearly forty-five minutes of material with the vitality the often overlooked energy the Cleveland landscape has provided over the past few decades, with a highly volatile, energetic ten-track album.

With new live actions being planned in conjunction with the release, the band has locked down a local release party for Ghost Of A Fallen Empire. Set to storm The Foundry Concert Club in Lakewood on Saturday, February 1st YOUTH FORGOTTEN has gathered a massive ten-band event including Fuck You Pay Me, Teddy Boys, Cholera, Aricebo, Cop Problem, Ruin, Days Beneath, Ichabod Crane and Hand Of Zues.
