Aqualamb Records is pleased to announce its official Northside Festival matinee show and party at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn, New York this Saturday, June 10th from 12:00PM – 6:00PM EST. With bands that cover the spectrum from doom and noise to psych pop and stoner rock, you won’t find a deeper, darker headtrip at the festival!

The showcase will feature bands from the current Aqualamb roster including LO-PAN, who recently wrapped up a US tour supporting their epic new In Tensions EP and HIRAM-MAXIM supporting their haunting new Ghosts LP. Also performing are death rockers BLACK BLACK BLACK, sludgsters GODMAKER, post-hardcore vets DESCENDER, psych-rockers THE SPACE MERCHANTS, the creepy NATHANIEL SHANNON AND THE VANISHING TWIN, and new label friends SKRYPTOR featuring members of Cleveland noise rock pioneers Craw and Dazzling Killmen.

Aqualamb is a Brooklyn based imprint led by designers Eric Palmerlee and Johnathan Swafford. Their signature releases take the form of 100-page, bound, printed books – essentially, each album’s art and liner notes, traditionally confined to an LP gatefold, a CD booklet, or the screen of some music-playing device, are reconfigured into book form.
