Garden State death metal merchants COGNITIVE will kick off a ten-date US journey with tech death collective Artificial Brain tonight. The Deformity Constellation Tour will commence in North Arlington, New Jersey and run through January 22nd in Chicago Illinois. From there, the band — who recently joined forces with the Continental Concerts talent agency — will take a short break before returning to the road for a North American trek supporting Seeker that will stretch from February 12th to March 4th with additional support provided by The Grindmother and Wvrm on select dates.

Hailing from South Jersey, COGNITIVE was born in 2011 with the sole intent to create heavy, intensely technical music, while maintaining an edge of creativity that separates them from the over-produced sea of subgenres. Combining technicality, guitar solos, grooves, and abstract ideas within their songwriting, COGNITIVE is continually pushing itself to think outside of the proverbial box while maintaining an organic and unapologetically brutal edge.
