AZURE EMOTE Confirms 2xLP Edition Of The Gravity Of Impermanence

Following its recent CD/digital worldwide release via Poland’s Selfmadegod Records, avant-death metal collective AZURE EMOTE’s second album The Gravity Of Impermanence is now confirmed for a vinyl edition.

The massive project fully envisioned and created by Mike Hrubovcak (Monstrosity, Vile, Divine Rapture, Abraxas), AZURE EMOTE will directly handle the U.S. release of the vinyl version of The Gravity Of Impermanence, with French label Adipocere will run all international territories’ sales. This 2xLP limited pressing will be housed in a full-color gloss double-gatefold jacket, hand-numbered in an edition of 300. In addition to the gargantuan fourteen tracks the initial version of the album bears, this double wax attack features two bonus tracks — “Quantum Entanglement” and “In-Vain (Battling Passions)” — exclusive only to this release, which will be unleashed in early June.

A new visual trailer for this new version of The Gravity Of Impermanence alongside preorders for American customers are available at the AZURE EMOTE website, and international orders via Adipocere Records.

Metal Underground is also streaming the fourteen tracks on the standard version of the album RIGHT HERE.

Under Mike Hrubovcak’s direction, songwriting and full-on participation in its creation, The Gravity Of Impermanence was executed utilizing musicians from Death, Fear Factory, Yakuza, Monstrosity, Tristania, Rumpelstiltskin Grinder and more. With over an hour of material displayed through fourteen tracks, the album is fueled by pummeling blast beats, electronic programming, a mixture of both guttural and haunting vocal styles, violins, saxophone, harmonica and a barrage of other instruments coalescing in a melting pot of misanthropic darkness that defines the AZURE EMOTE ethos, recorded, mixed and mastered by Ron Vento of Aurora Borealis at Nightsky Studios. The cover art was once again done by Hrubovcak, his Visual Darkness works well-known in the death/grind communities having illustrated album covers for Sinister, Grave, Cattle Decapitation, Hate Eternal, Mortician, and many others.

“…a discordant symphony featuring bizarre industrial sounds, backing choirs, symphonic strings, and death metal brutality.” – Metal Underground

“Jaws will drop while trying to take it all in, yet the album never loses focus… a highly ambitious project well worth your attention.” – About.com

“Azure Emote does a great job seamlessly blending technical death metal, avant-metal, melodic death metal, and progressive metal together on this release, and its stellar production values make it perhaps even more worthwhile than their debut… bound to impress any fan of adventurous and forward-thinking death metal… 4/5” – Sea of Tranquility
